Finnisterre Corp. a Texas corporation, and as further
assigned in Official Records Book 257 , page 2080 , to
the Alison Mortgage Investment Trust now known as
First Newport Realty Investors, a California business
txust, alI of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, does hereby acknowledge full payment of the
debt secured thereby and does release and discharge
same of record.
This instrument is executed by Trustees or officers,
of both, of First Newport Realty Investors in their
capacities as such Trustees or officers. By the execution
hereof all parties agree that, for the payment of any
claim or the performance of any obligations hereunder,
resort shall be had solely to the assets and property
of the Trust and no shareholder, Trustee or officer of
the Trust shall be personally liable therefor. Reference
is made to the Trust dated June 17, 1969, and amendments
thereto, copies of which have been recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of Orange County,-California.
