ORDER ON. TENII'ORA~tY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 13th day of September, 1979,
upon the motion for temporary relief filed by the Wife and the ~Iuaband
having been duly served with proce$s, and the Court after hearing
testimony and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDTRED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall have custody of GARY LORENZO BEL•L?NGER,
PATRICIA ANN AFT.?.TNGER, DONNA SHARELL BELLINGER and VICTORIA-RFiT.TNGER,
minor children, sub3ect to reasonable visitation by the Husband.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the amount of EIGHTY
AND NO/100 DOLLARS (*80.00) per week for support of said minor children,
commencing Friday, September, 14, 1979, and each week thereafter; said
payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court in cash, money order or
cashier=s check. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of *2.00
as statutory-costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in
effect.
3. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the amount of
TWENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS (20.00) per weel~tin alimony, commencing
Friday, September 14, 1979, and each week thereafter, said payments
to be made in like manner as support payments.
4. That the Wife shall have temporary and exclusive possession t_
of the home and furnishings located at 430 North 21st Street, Fort _
Pierce, Florida, and the Husband shall remove himself within a
reasonable time.
