O R D E R _THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on~the ~ day of , 1979, upon the Motion of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, to withdraw as attorney of record for the Husband, JOHNNY F. BAUSWELL, and the Court haying examined the Motion and the Receipt And Acknowledge-_ went attached thereto and the Court finding that the Husband, JOHNNY F. BAUSWELL, was given notice of the hearing on this Motion and that said Husband in the Receipt And Acknowledgement did agree to the withdrawl of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, as his attorney and did instruct said attorney not to take any further action mn his behalf in this cause, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon { ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. That the Motion of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, to withdraw as the attorney of record for the Husband, JOHNNY F. BRUSWF,LL, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and it be, and is hereby further ordered that from and including the date of the rendition of this Order that BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, shall no longer be the attorney of record for the Husband. 2. It be and is hereby further ordered that the Husband, JOHNNY F. BAUSWELL, be, and is hereby ordered granted thirty (30) days -1-
