The bonds of marriage between Petitioner, DANIEL WAYNE CHANDLER, and Respondent, PATRICIA CHANDLER, are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievable broken. ~ 2. The Husband-Petitioner has been a resident of Florida for more than six months next to filing the petition herein. ~ ~ ' 3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement be- tween the arties and admitted into evidence was executed ~ p voluntarily and it is in the best interest of the parties that ~j it be approved, and it is hereby approved and incorporated in this judgment by reference, and the parties are hereby ordered ~ to comply with it. i ~ 4. Both parties are fit parents, but the custody of the minor child of the parties, AMANDA BETH CHANDLER, born April 17, 1975, is awarded to ..the Wife-Respondent, subject to the Husband- Petitioner's right to liberal visitation upon the giving of proper ~ notice.
