FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS ACTION was heard before. the Court, and a default
having been regularly entered by the Clerk of this Court upon
Respondent's failure to answer or otherwise plead, and Respondent
having been personally served process, the Court, having heard
the testimony of Petitioner, DANIEL WAYNE CHANDLER, and
Petitioner's witness and being fully advised, finds and decides
as follows:
1. The bonds of marriage between Petitioner, DANIEL
WAYNE CHANDLER, and Respondent, PATRICIA CHANDLER, are dissolved
because the marriage is irretrievable broken.
~ 2. The Husband-Petitioner has been a resident of Florida
for more than six months next to filing the petition herein.

' 3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement be-
tween the arties and admitted into evidence was executed

voluntarily and it is in the best interest of the parties that
~j it be approved, and it is hereby approved and incorporated in
this judgment by reference, and the parties are hereby ordered
~ to comply with it.

~ 4. Both parties are fit parents, but the custody of the
minor child of the parties, AMANDA BETH CHANDLER, born April 17,
1975, is awarded to ..the Wife-Respondent, subject to the Husband-
Petitioner's right to liberal visitation upon the giving of proper
~ notice. Expenditures made by the Husband-Petitioner in connection

~ with any visits shall not decrease, deminish, or be prorated
