This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion for
Final Judgment Subsequent to Default filed by plaintiffs
herein and the Court finding that a default was regularly
entered against the defendant, CARL HAMILL, on June 1,4,
1979 and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs have and
