SBFORS MB, the undersigned authority, did personally appear
THERESA MARIE BRYANT, who, after being duly cautioned and sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That my name is THERESA MARIE BRYANT, and that I was
married to KENNETH PAUL BRYANT on July 27, 1940, and that KENNETH
PAUL BRYANT and myself were continuously married from said date until
the date of the death of KENNETH PAUL BRYANT on July 3, 1978.
2. That the Death Certificate of KENNETH PAUL BRYANT is
recorded in O.R. Book X15, Page 2966, of the Public Records of Saint
Lucie County, Florida, and that~RENNETH PAUL BRYANT was also known as
KENNETH BRYANT and that that is the way his name appears on his Death
Certificate .
