the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 12A of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That JERRY KREISER ~ EII~,ER KREISER sold said property to
CHARLES D. GROSSMAN, SR. ~ ROSEMARY M. GROSSMAN, his wife by Warranty Deed dated
May 19, 1978, filed May 22, 1979 in O.R. Book 287, Page 1118 of the Public Records
of S*_s Lurie County, Florida.
- 3. That at the time Qf -sale, said property did not and never had
constituted their homestead; was not and never has been contiguous to their home-_
stead. -
