This cause came on for trial the 11th day of September , 19 79
and the Court having-given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and detenaines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and

wife naw exists between the parties;-and that_the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken. and ,should be dissolved. It
is_thereupon - -

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persona be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the-bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between-them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY: Custody of MADONNA M. DURES, age 15 years old,
minor-child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to PATRICIA A. DUKES,
and custody of LIS.'~ R. DUKES is awarded to BILLY GLENN DURES.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction cf this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry~of such further orders as may be
proper. _ -
