This cause came on for trial the day of ,
1979, and the Court hay*ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds -

of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
pa*fiPs;-and that the marriage between-the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
' _1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BARBARA L. OI?J;R
and ROWDY OILER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever-freed from the bonds-o€-matrimony heretofore existing
f between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
' 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. BARBARA L. OILER be and she is hereby
-authorized"to assume her former name of BARBARA L. DUDENEY and to use the same
in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such furt orders as may be proper.
