FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUT?ON OF MARRIAGE-
- THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 20th day of
_ September-, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration
- to all the evidence finds and determines:
This Court has ~urisdi^.t ion of the parties and the sub-
~ect matter of this_suit. -The-relation-of Husband and Wife now _
exists between the parties ~»d the marriage of said parties
is irretrievably broken. v
IT IS, THEREUPON, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Marriage between the Husband, DENNIS TAYLOR, and _
the Wife, SHEILA TAYLOR, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
t the parties are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony -

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
. 2. That the Wife, SHEILA TAYLOR, is-hereby authorized
to assume her former .name of SHEII:A FRASHURE and use the same_ in
- all respects as if said marriage had not intervened:
3. That the Order restraining the Husband, DENNIS TAYLOR,
from interfPrring with, harrassing, molesting or annoying the

wife or her parents and signed by the Honorable Phillip Nourse
is hereby continued in force.. -
