CASE N0. 78-861 FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF WILLIE OSCAR STARLING, Husband, - ~ _ and SHERYL STARLING, Wife. - FINAL JUDGMENT - - - J - ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for tr1a1 the 19th day of September, 1979, and the Court having given full consideratton to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter _ of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between - the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably - broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon CRDEREO AND ADJUDGED as fol~ows:- 1.-DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. -The marriage between WILLIE OSCAR STARLING and SHERYL STARLING, be and the same i~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and-each of them-are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom, 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. SHERYL STARLING be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of SHERYL DILLS and to use the same in all respects as if-said marriage had not intervened. - 3.
