THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 20th day of September,
- -
1979,.and tre Court having given-full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction _
of the parties. and subject matter of this suit; that the- -
,-oi ~*~-0n-o-f--hu.sband---and_wife~o~_exists~etween the parties : _
and-that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between RONALD BRENT
- SPENCER and BEVERLY~JOYCE SPENCER be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between -
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
- 2. PROPERTY: The personal property and marital home
now-in possession of the wife shall be the sole and exclusive
property of the wife. -
3. RESTORATION OF NAME: BEVERLY JOYCE SPENCER be and
she is hereby authorized to-assume her former name of BEVERLY
JOYCE HICKS and to use the same in all respects as if said
marriage had not intervened.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER: .Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
other.
