FLIPPEN, ) Husband and FINAL JUDGMENT - WANDA GAIL FLIPPEN, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - Wife ) This cause came on for trial the ~ day of , 19 and the Court having given full consideration to all-the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that-the marriage between the _ parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriages between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the j parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of - matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Anthony Randolph Flippen, Jr., Mary Cynthia Flippen, and Robert Calvin Flippen, minor children of - the parties, i$-hzxeby awarded to Respondent, WANDA GAIL FLIPPEN. 3. VISITATION. The Petitioner, ANTHONY R. FLIPPEN, shall have weekly visitation of the minor children from 6 pm Friday through 6pm Saturday; and extra reasonable visitation when agreeable between the parties. - - ~ 4. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of , 19 ANTHONY R. FLIPPEN, shall pay $75.00 per week to WANDA GAIL FLIPPEN for the support-of the children named above. 5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties her-eto is retained for the entry of_such further orders as may be proper.
