DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE -
- -This cause came on for trial the 19th day of September,
1979 and-the Court having given full consideration to all the
parties and sub3ect_matter of this suit; .that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should -
- be dissolved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JEAN
NOTTINGHAM ar_d ROBIN NOTTINGHAM be-and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever -
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of STEPHANIE~ANN NOTTINGHAM, minor
child of the parties; is hereby awarded to JEAN NOTTINGHAM
wi-th reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband,
- ROBIN NOTTINGHAM.
3 . SUPPORT . _~ommencing the 26th day -of September , 1979 ,
ROBIN NOTTINGHAM shall-pay to JEAN NOTTINGHA'rI the sum-of $25.00
each and every- week, for the support of the child named above.

- Each payment shall be made to the Clerk ~f this Court
and by him .remitted promptly to JEAN NOTTINGHAM.- In addition-
, there is hereby assessed the sv-nn of-$2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or. cashier.'; check. Both of-the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of his Court advised of -
their mailing and residence addresses at: all times while this
order is in effect. -
