FINAL JUDGMENT
+ _ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - -
This cause came on for trial the_~ day of September,
1979, and-the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court-has jurisdiction of the -
parties and subject matter-of this suit; that the relation of
Husband and Wife. now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ACJUDGED as fellows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DEBORAH -
ELAINE GUNN-and DONALD O'NEILL GUNN, SR. be and the same. is hereby -
I
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them__and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement_(stipula-
-tion)- admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply-with the provisions thereof. -
3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby
- enjoined and restrained-from interfering with, harassing or annoying
the other. -
4. JURISDICTION:- Jurisdiction of this cause, and the -
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
DONE. AND ORDERED at St. Lucie Co ty, Florida, this
