_ FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
- This cause came on for-trial this date and the Court
having given-full .consideration to all the e•.*idence-,-finds
and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and sub3 ect matter of this suit; that_the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage -
- between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
CHARLOTTE A. CEMER and JOHN S. CEMER be and the same is hereby.

dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing Between
them and from the-obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of SUSAN CEMER and BRENDA CEMER, minor
.children of the parties,-is hereby-awarded to CHARLOTTE A. CEMER -
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOHN S R. _
3 . SUPPORT . - Co~nencing the day of ,
1979, JOHN S. CEMER shall pay to CHARLOTTE A. CEMER the sum of
$50.00 per child each and every month for the support of the
minor children-named aboved.
4. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein
by reference and the parties .are ordered to comely-with the
