CEMER, Husband, _ FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - This cause came on for-trial this date and the Court having given-full .consideration to all the e•.*idence-,-finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3 ect matter of this suit; that_the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage - - between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLOTTE A. CEMER and JOHN S. CEMER be and the same is hereby. I dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing Between them and from the-obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SUSAN CEMER and BRENDA CEMER, minor .children of the parties,-is hereby-awarded to CHARLOTTE A. CEMER - with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOHN S R. _ 3 . SUPPORT . - Co~nencing the day of , 1979, JOHN S. CEMER shall pay to CHARLOTTE A. CEMER the sum of $50.00 per child each and every month for the support of the minor children-named aboved. 4. PROPERTY.
