This cause came-on for trial the 20 th -day of September , 1979
and_the Court having 3iven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the. parties; and that the marriage between ~
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It -
is -thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the al}ove
li named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising _
therefrom.- - - _ _
2. CUSTODY: Custody of LOMIE A. I~OLLEY, age 9 years and -
RAYMOND D. HOLLEY, age 8 years,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to ARLENE M. HOLLEY
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RAYMOND D. HOLLEY.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry~of.such further orders as may be
proper.
