- - RELEASE OF
- -TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
This Release of Temporary Construction Permit, given by -
the FORT PIERCE FARMS WATER CONTROL DISTRICT f/k/a FORT PIERCE
FARMS DRAINAGE DISTRICT, is to evidence:
WHEREAS, on June 5, 1969, GEORGE S. LAMBETH and BESSIE H.
LAMBETH, his wife, did give and grant to the said DISTRICT a _

Temporary Construction Permit over-and upon certain real prop= - -
erty more fully described in said Permit, recorded in O.R.-Book= -
178, page ~ti48-, of tYie Public Records of St. Lucie County, _
Florida; and,
WHEREAS, the construction contemplated under the DISTRICT'S
Small Watershed Work Plan has long since been completed and said
Temporary Construction Permit is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, inconsideration of the premises., FORT
PIERCE WATER CONTROL DISTRICT does h=~reby release and discharge
the real property described in said Temporary Construction Per-_
mit from the terms of-said Permit, and hereby consents-that said
Temporary Construction Permit be deemed cancelled in all respects.
