This cause came on for trial the 20th day o~ September,
19 79, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
-evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that -
the-marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above-named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

parties and each of them-are hereby foacever freed from the bonds
i of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MELISSA G. KNIGHT, age 6 years
and BRIAN W. RtJIGHT, age 4 years, -
minor~child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,
?AULA D. KNIGHT with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to EUGENE W. KNIGHT:. ~ -
3. SUPPORT. Co.~mnencing the 28th day. of September,.
19 79, EUGENE W. KNIGHT shall pay $50.00 per
week to PAULA D. KNIGHT for the support of
the child(ren) named above.
