This cause came on for trial this 20th day of Sept.,-
19 79 , and the Court having given_full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of -
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the•relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that .the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolve. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - •
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE; The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same ie hereby dissolved, and the
_parties and each of them are hereby fbrever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
