- This cause came on for trial the 20th. day of Sept.,
1979. and the Court having given full consideration t4 all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction. of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and-wife now exists between the garties; and-that-
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken. and _ -
_ should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as-follvws:
- 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.-- The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby-dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are .hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the- -
j obligations arising therefrom. - -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of_ VALERIE C. JENRINS, age 5 years-,
born 2/16/74 and JERMEY JENKINS, age 3 years, born 2/9/76,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
MARILYN JENRINS _ with reasonable visitation -
rights reserved to Respondent, ALFRED R. JENRINS.
~ 3. SLiPPORT. Commencing the 28~h day of September,
19 79, ALFRED K. JENRINS shall pay $50.00 per week
to MARILYN JENKINS - for the support of _
the child(ren) named above. - _ -
