- 5. The Plaintiff may bid for and be the purchaser of the
property at the sale and may bid the mortgage lien as cash up to
the amount secured by the mortgage. Should the Plaintiff be the
successful bidder, then after confirmation of the sale,"whether
such confirmation be by-the,Glerk filing the Certificate of Title -

as provided by statute, or by Order of this Court, the Plaintiff `

shall pay_all of the items and amounts as provided in Paragraph 4a
above. The Plaintiff shall, after making all of said payments,
credit the balance of the amount bid against 'the amount due under -
this Judgment.
6. After conf-irmation of the sale, whether by the Clerk
filing his Certificate of Title, or by the Court, each Defendant ~

and all persons claiming any right, title ~r interest in and to said
property- by or through the Defendants? or any-of them, or otherwise, -
since the commencement-of this suit are severally barred and -
foreclosed of and from any and alI right, title, interest, claim,
property, possession, or demand in or to the property, and the
purchaser at the sale and the purchaser's grantees or agents shall _
be let-into possession of the property. _
- After the entry of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure -
and Sale, and upon the furnishing and substitution of a photocopy -
of the original Mortgage Note, Mortgage and Assignment of Mortgage,

the Clerk is authorized and directed to withdraw and deliver the
originals of the Mortgage Note, Mortgage and Assignment of Mortgage
to the attorneys of record for the Plaintiff.
• 8. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties thereto,-for the purpose of making such further orders and
judgments as this case requires.
