THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE GIVEN TO SECUBB A PORTION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
The mortgaged premises are subject to the lien of the following described mortgage
hereinafter referred to as the "Senior Mortgage" _ -
Mortgage from JOSEPH TU~1ER and JEANNE TURNBR, his wife
- to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIB COUNTY dated August 12,-1977
and recorded August 19, 1977 in Official Records Book 272, `

The Mortgagor herein agrees,t.E~ ~~^~Aly w~.;th all the terms of the "Senior Mortgage"
except the requirement to make ;:ccza payments of the principal and -interest thereon
and on compliance by the Mortgagor witfi the terms and provisions contained in said
"Senior Mortgagee' the owner and bolder of tfie-Note secured hereby will pay the
installments of principal and interest from time to time due under said "Senioi
Mortgage" in accordance with its terms. _ - -
It is hereby agreed by the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee herein that the total in-
debtedness evidenced by the "Senior I~'..ortgage" and the Note secured hereby is
$26,000,00. The principal balance of ttte "Senior Mortgage" as of the date of this
Agreement is $8,869.29.
- The Mortgagor further agrees that he will not make any voluntary inter vivos
transfer of the premises-or any part thereof, without first obtaining the written
~ consent of the Mortgagee. Any such transfer, if the Mortgagee shall not consent, -
shall constitute a default under the terms of this.instrtmnent. -
In the event the Mortgagor exercises his right to pay the Note secured hereby in
~ full, then the Mortgagee agrees to satisfy said "Senior Mortgage" immediately.
