NOTICE is hereby given that LEONARD SIMONS is authorizing
BURPHY CONSTRUCTION, .INC., the general contractor .heretofore
- }
building. the structure on the following :described prope;ty to 1
recommence the.sub-contractors' work as to the contracted work
of GENE HALL who has defaulted under his contract and has aban-
doned the construction on said property. -
The owner hereby gives authority to BURPHY CONSTRUCTION, INC.,
to recommence construction upon-the property which is described _
as follows, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 496, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TEN,
_ according to the plat thereof, as recorded_in
_ Plat Book 1.2, pages 49-and 49A through 49G, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The improvement on the property will be the completion of
the sub-contracted wor-k of clearing, filling and grading the lot
which the- sub-contractor who abandoned was to perform, and shall
be completed under the plans and specifications originally-con-
tracted for said home. -
The owner of the fee simple title is LEONARD SIMONS, TRUSTEE, -
2630 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida, 33420. The said
owner has retained BURPHY CONSTRUCTION,. INC., as the general con-

~ -tractor for the completion of -the construction in accordance with- - _
the plans and specifications for the building to be completed upon
the above described property. 1
