EXIiIBIT "A"
All fixtures, appliances, apparatus, equipment. heating
and air conditioning equipment, machinery and articles of
_personal property and replacements thereof now or hereafter -
affixed to, attached to,-placed upon, or used in any way in
connection with the complete and comfortable use, occupancy _
or operation of the real property described below (hereinafter
referred t as the "real property°)._
A11 leases of said real property now or hereafter entered
into and all right, title and interest of debtor thereunder, _
-including without limitation,_cash or securities deposited - -
thereunder pursuant to said leases, and all rents; issues, -
proceeds and .profits accruing from said real property.
All_proceeds of the conversion, voluntary or involuntary, -
- of any of the above-described items of personal property into -
cash or liquidated claims, including without limitation, pro- _
ceeds of insurance and condemnation awards.
- REAL PROPERTY
All of the North half of Government Lot 8, lying West of
Fernandina Street (which street is shown or zhe Plat of -
Tropical Beach Subdivision, Blocks-3 and 4, as per plat - -
thereof on file in Plat Book 10, Page 9, of the Public
Records of St._Lucie County, Florida) in Section 1, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East, excepting therefrom, the-
South 615 feet thereof, _ -
AND, the South 89.71 feet of the South 211.4-feet of
Government Lot 6, lying West of Fernandina Street, (Which
Fernandina Street is shown on Plat pf Tropical Beach Sub-
division, Blocks 3 and 4, as per plat thereof on-file in
Plat Book 10, Page 9, of the Public Records_of St. Lucie
County, Florida) in-Section 1, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, TOGETHER WITH RIPARIAN RIGHTS.
