ADDBNDUM TO ARTICLES OF AGREEMBNT
- The undersigned hereby-covenant and agree that-the party of the
second part has occupied the land being conveyed by the$e Articles of
Agreement, and is aware, or generally aware, of the boundary lines -
thereof. The party of the first part assumes no responsibility aid
makes no guarantee as-to the accuracy of the legal description~con-
tamed in the Articles of Agreement, or the location of the boundary -
lines of said property, or anything that a survey of the property or
areview of the public records would reveal and the party of the
second part hereby releases the party of the first part from any
responsibility for same.
