- MODIFICATION AGRSBMENT ~
THIS AGREBMENT between

National Bank of Florida, a National Banking 7~`~
Association (formerly Boulevard National Bank _
of Miami), party of-the first part,
- and
F. Norman Ward and Carolyn J. ward, his wife,
parties of the second part, _
i~IITNESSETH
WHEREAS, parties of the second part executed a mortgage
in favor of party of the first part under date of May 16, 1y78, -
-which mortgage is recorded under Clerk's File No. 404314, in
Official Records Book 287,.at Page 1251, of the-Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, given to secure a promissory note -
- in-the amount of $36,891,21, and encumbering property more
particularly described in said mortgage and collateral installment
note and security agreement;. and - _
WHEREAS, the parties desire a modification of the terms
= of the said note and mortgage; _
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the-premises, as well
as for good and valuable considerations, receipt: whereof is hereby
acknowledged by party of the first part, the parties mutually agree
- as follows:
1. That the unpaid balance of the aforesaid note and
mortgage i~ $19,611.21, as of August 29, 1979.
2. That the unpaid balance of principal and interest shall -
be paid in the following manner: -
In monthly installments of $673.12, commencing
October 20, 1979, and on the 20th day of each and
every month thereafter until principal and interest
are fully paid. The aforesaid payments equal a note
of $24,202.77, with an annual percentage-rate of
14.20. The total finance charge is $4,566.56.
