dated February 6, 1979 with SWEDEN ASSOCIATES for
Twelve Thousand ($12,000.00) Dollars cash.)
2.- It will be to-the best interest of .the estate to sell said _
properties at private sale pursuant to the- contracts set out above. _
3. There are estate taxes due which have not yet been paid,
as_the.return has-not yet been filed, but the co-Personal Represen-
tatives allege-that they will make-said payments and hold the pur-
chasers of said properties harmless from any liability for same.
WHEREFORE, petitioners pray that-an Order allowing them to sell
said properties be entered authorizing sale to be made at private
sale to each of the parties set out above for the amounts and on the
terms set- out herein.
