ORDER AUTHOFIZING SALE
The Petition of PHILIP DESIND and JULIA SMALL, co-Personal
Representatives of-the Estate of MAY D. FISHER, deceased, for-leave
to sell certain-property described in the petition coming on_this
day to be heard; and it appearing to the Court that it is to the_
best interest of the estate that Parcels 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 be sold
at private sale to the parties and under the terms set out in said
petition; and the Court being-fully advised-gin the premises, i`. is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED .that the said PHILIP DESIND and JULIA
SMALL, co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of MAY D. FISHER,
be and they are=hereby authorized to sell the following described
property at private sales:
-Paroel 1: Lots 27 and 29, Block B, Tropical Acres, as per
plat thereof on file-in Plat Book 8, Page 20, pub-
lic records of St. Lucie County, F1Qrida.
Said sale shall be made to FRANR X. GIACCONE and ROBERTA
J. GIACCONE for the sum of Three Thousand -($3,000.00) Dollars cash. -
Paroel 3: Lot 59, Block A, 2rropical Acres, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book-8, Page 20, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. _
Said sale shall be made to STEVEN F. BURNEY for the sum of
Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars cash.

Parcel 4: Lot 52, Block A, Tropical Acres, as per plat thereof _
on file in Plat Book 8, Page 20, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to MISH BURNEY and ANNIE BURNEY,
his wife, for the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty ($2,550.00) -
Dollars cash.
Parcel 5: The West ~ of Lot 23, Maravilla Gardens, Unit 1, as
per plat-thereof on file in Plat Book 6, Page 65,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to SWEDEN ASSOCIATES for the sum of
Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars cash. ~
