hereby make, publish and declare this to be my past Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any-and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretofore made by me.
_ I. -
I direct my Executor to pay out of my estate all of my
just debts, including the expenses of my last illness and fu-
neral expenses. _ - -
ii.
Should my wife, AELEN 8. I.'80MMSDIEU, predecease me, I
give and bequeath the furniture and furnishings of my home and
any automobile which I may own at my death, to MfA,RGARLT BSATT2-E, -
if living, and if not, to her son, FORRffiT BEATTIE, and I give,
devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real or personal, of whatsoever kind and description, -
and wheresoever situate and being, which I may die seised or
possessed, or to which T may be entitled at the time of my death,
to the following gersons in the shares hereinafter specified:.
A. ONE-THIRD (1/3) thereof, to MfA?RGARET BEATTIE,
if living, and if not, to her son, FORRffiT BEATTIE;
- _ B. ONE-THIRD (1/3) thereof, to MRS. EUGENE A.
TITUS, and it is my desire that she use so much of
this-bequest as is needed by her mother MILDRED
O'BRIEN, during her mother's lifetime, and at the
death of her mother, to divide the balance between.-
- herself and her brother, JOffi+T O'BRIEN; -
C. ONE-SIXTH (1/6) thereof, to WILLIAM H. GREGORY,
if living, and if-not, to his wife, BETTY GREGORY,
if living, and if nat, in equal shares, to their
then living children;
