capita.
III.
- Should my wife, HELEN E.,L'HOMMEDIEU, survive me, I give,
- and bequeath all of my clothing, jewelry, books, pictures, auto-
mobiles, household goods, provisions, furniture, furnishings, _
tools, and all other personal effects and articles of personal
use ar_diversion (if I-own any articles of said description at -
my death), together with all policies of fire, burglary, property
damage and other insurance on or iri connection with the use of
such property, outright, to my wife, HELEN E. L'HOMMEDIEU.

Should my wife, HELELT E. L'HOMMEDIEU, survive me, I
give, devise and bequeath all of the rest; residue and remain-
der of my property, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever situate

and whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will, _
tom Trustee hereinafter named, IN TRUST, however, to take -

possession of, held, manage and invest said .property, collect
and receive the income thereof for the following uses and put-
poses:
A. The Trustee shall pay to or use for the benefit
of my-said wife, in installments not less frequently
- :han quarterly, the net income from this trust for _
the lifetime of my said wife, HELEN E. L'HOMMEDIEO._
In addition, the Trustee may pay such amounts of
principal as it, from time to time, shall deem de-
sirable to provide for my said wife's health,_
maintenance, comfort and welfare, taking into con-
sideration her income from all other sources
available to her;
B.- On the-death of my wife, HELEN E. L'HOMMSDIEU, _
this gust stall terminate and the then remaining
principal and any undistributed income shall be
distributed to the following persons in the shares
hereinafter specified:
