hereby direct that-the trust established by this Will be effec-
tively activated as soon as possible, and without any undue- -
interruption and cZelay. To that end, I hereby waive notice of
any and all Court proceedings in connection with the qualifica-
tion of such Ti'usteo, and do further waive service of process in
connection. with such proceedings upon all beneficiaries of such
trust. _
_ My Trustee shall receive as compensation for-its ser-
_ vices, the fees as published in its fee schedule in effect at -
_ the time such compensation becomeQ payable.
VII. =
I hereby name, nominate and appoint SUN BA1~IIt OF ST. LUCIE -
COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its successor, as Executor of
_my estate and as Trustee of the trust created in this Will, to
serve without bond in both capacities.
- VIII.
I have established the tr:~st in this Will for the benefit
of my wife to secure her from want and, so far as possible, to
insure a reasonable livir_g for her under all circumstances; free
from the accidents of mismanagement and improvidence. Therefore,
the income and other beneficial interests of my wife in this -
trust shall not be assigned, or hypothecated in any manner and
shall not be--anticipated, encumbered or othezwise disposed of by
her., and shall not be taken on executic+n in law or be reached by -
a creditor's bill, garnishment or any other manner in law or in
equity by persons having claims against my said wife.
IX.
My Executor shall have-the power at any time and from
time to time, at public or private-sale, for such price and upon
