FIRST CODICIh TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LIAVID C. h'HOMMSDIEU -

SECOND: I do hereby delete sub-paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and
4 of paragraph B under clause IV, and substitute in lieu thereof
the following: _
1. -FOUR-TWELFTHS ,(4/12) thereof, to MRS.
EUGBNE A. TITUS, and it is my desire that _
she use so much of this bequest as is needed
by her mother, MILDRED O'BRIEN, during her _
mother's lifetime, and at the death of her
mother, to divide the balance between her-
self and her brot~ier, JOAN O'BRIEN;
2. FOUR-TWELFTHS (4/12_) thereof, to WILLIAM
H. GREGORY, if living, and if not, to his
. wife, BETTY GREGORY, if living, and if not,
_ in-equal shares to their then living chil-
dren; -
3. FOUR-TWELFTHS (4/12) thereof, to ~ _
BRADFORD GREGORY, TERRY GREGORY and MATTHEW
- GREGORY, RFD 2, Stowe, Vermont, 05672, in _
- equal shares, per capita. -
IN-WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
at Fort Pierce, Florida, to this my First Codicil to my Last Will -
and Testament dated May 22, 1974, and I hereby republish and re- -
affirm my said Last Will and Testament as hereinabove modified
and amended and do hereby publish and declare said Last Will and
Testament as amended and modified hereby as and for my Last-Will _
and Testament, this. .day of April, 1976.-
