because decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
S. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (formerly ST. hUCIE
- COUNTY BANR), whose address is set forth above is qualified
.under the laws of Florida to serve as Personal. Representative
of the Decedent's estate and is entitled to preference in
appointment as Personal Representative as set out in Para-
- graph 1 above.
6. The nature-and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are:-
Real and. personal property having an
approximate value of less than Sixty
Thousand ($60,000.00)-Dollars.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked-Will or
- Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the Decedent's Last Will dated
September 14, 1964-along with the original of the Decedent's
Codicil to Last Will dated July 17, 1970 accompanies this
Petition. -
Petitioner requests that-the Decedent's Last Will
I' and Codicil be admitted to probate and that SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY (formerly ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANR) lie appointed
Personal Representative of the estate of the Decedent.
