We, F. A, -ZIMMRRMAN-and FLORENCE E. ZIM~IERMAIT, husband
and wife, both now residing in St. Lucie County, Florida, being
of sound and disposing minds and memories, do hereby make-, publish
and declare this to bc~ our Last Will and Testament,-hereby
revoking any and all xormer wills and codicils by either of us
at any time heretofore-made. ~ ~
- - ITEM I.
It is our desire and we direct that all of our just debts,
funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as practicable -
after -our death .
ITEM II. _
-All the rest, residue and remainder of our property, of

whatsoever kind and nature of which we may be seized or possessed, _
or to which we may be entitled, we hereby give, devise-and
bequeath each to the other, intending hereby that the survivor
of us shall be entitled to-all that either of us possesses
at the time of death.

ITEM III.
In the event that we shall die as a result of a common
-accident or disaster, we do give, devise and bequeath all the
rest, residue and remainder of our property,. of whatsoever kind
and-nature of which we may be seized or possessed, or to which
we may be entitled, or upon the death of the survivor, we give,
devise and bequeath to our children: RALPH C. ENGEL, Fargo,

Cleveland, Oh~.o, share and share alike.
ITEM IV.
We hereby nominate, constitute and. appoint the survivor
