without bond, any law to the contrary notwithstanding. In the ~
event that we shall die in a common disaster, or upon the death
of the survivor, we nominate and appoint RALPH C. ENGEL as
Executor, to serve as ~ecutor of this our Last Will and Testa-
went, and to serve without bond.
ITEM V.
For a valuable consideration, it is mutually understood,
covenanted and agreed by and 7~etween the Testators herein that
this joint and-mutual Last-.Will and ~restament shall never be

changed or altered by codicil or otherwise without the joint _ - -
signature of both Testators hereto, it being the intention of
this provision that after the death of one of the parties,
the survivor can not change or alter the provisions hereof -
that would in any way affect-the rights of -the devisees-and
legatees hereunder. r
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have subscribed and sealed and do -
publish and declare these presents_as and for our Last Will
and Testament in the presence of witnesses attesting the same
