3. For the payment of the several sums mentioned in
Paragraph 2 hereof-and for the-payment of the costs of this suit, -
Plaintiff has a lien upon the property covered and encumbered by the '
mortgage herein foreclosed, which lien is superior inn dignity to any
right, title, interest or claim of the Defendant(s), or any of them, -
and if said sums and costs-are not paid forthwith, the property
described in and subject to the lien of said mortgage, that is to say:

_ Together with all structures and improvements now and
hereafter on said land, and fixtures attached thereto,
and all rents, issues, proceeds and profits accruing_ and
to accrue from said habendum thereof; also all gas, steam,
electric, water and other heating, cooking; refriyerating, -
lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power.
systems, machines, appliances, fixtures, and appurtenances,- _
which now are or may hereafter pertain_to or be used with _
in or on said-premi-ses, even though they be detached or
detachable. - -
shall be sold by the Clerk of this Court to the highest and best ~
bidder for cash at_ the/~hou~r o~ f ,e/leven O'clock in the forenoon on
the l~day of h"`~D~G~(~S/ in the lobby of the
St. Lucie County Courthouse, in Fort Pierce- ,
Florida, after: having given public notice of such sale as provided
by statute. _
4. After confirmation of tl=~e sale of the property, whether
such confirmation be by the Clerk filing the Certificate of 'Pitle .~s
required by statute, or by Order of the Court, the Clerk shall pay: -
(a) All costs and expenses of this suit, including the -
fee of 525.00 to the Clerk for his services as provided by statute,
and the fee allowed the Plaintiff's attorneys.
(b) The amounts due the Plaintiff for principal ~.nd
interest on the mortgage debt, together with interest thereon at
the loyal .statutory rate from the date of this Judgment through the
date of the sale of the property, as well as any other amounts found
due and owing the Plaintiff in Paragraph 2 hereof. If there be a
surplus rema=_ning after the payment of these sums, the Clerk shall pay
the surplus into the Registry of this Court, to be disburse=d as this
Court gray direct. If the amount realized at the sale shall not be
sufficient to pay the above sums, the Clerk shall re~~ort thr. amount
of the defic.-ic~ncy to this Court.
