THIS CAUSE came ors to be heard_on the 20th day of September,
1979, upon the Motion To Withdraw of_BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law,
Chartered, and the Court having examined the Motion To Withdraw, and
having heard the argument_of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered,
~ upon the Motion To Withdraw, and the Court having received into evidence
a copy of the Amended Notice Of Hearing together with certif icates of
:nailing showing-that an Amended Notice Of Hearing was mailed to all
interested persons, giving-them notice of-the hearing on the Motion To
Withdraw, and the Court further finding--that there is no objection to
the Motion To Withdraw of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJEDGED, as follows:

1. That the Motion of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law,
Chartered, to withdraw as the attorney for EDWARD O'NEILL, SEACOAST HOMES,
INC., EVELYN MINER and LEONARD KELLER, be, and is hereby .ordered granted
and it be, and is hereby further ordered that BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney
at Law, Chartered, shall be permitted to withdraw as the attorney for
