. The Defendants,-LLOYD TAYLOR and CLOTILDE F. TAYLOR, his
wife, by and through their undersigned attorney, hereby move the
Court, pursuant to the provisions of F.S. 74.-071, for an Order
directing that the sum of money set forth in the Declaration of -
Taking filed herein for Parcel No. 5 in the amount of $502.50 be
_ forthwi*_h paid to these defendants from_the money deposited in
the Registry of the Court by the Plaintiff, FORT PIERCE UTILITIES.
