TAYLOR, his wife, the sum of $502.50 being the sum set forth in
the Declaration of Taking for Parcel ND. 5i it is~further
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the payment of these funds from
the funds on deposit in the Registry of the Court shall in~no way
impair the right. of the_Defendants, LLOYD TAILOR and CLOTILDS F.
TAYLOR, his wife, to claim full damages for the taking of said
parcel at a trial to determine the ~~alue~thereof. _
