the trial when set by the Court.
(e) Because of the in camera. inspection requested by Defendant,
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, the parties have since
Pre-Trial Conference stipulated to a continuance of this cause
until the next non-jury docket of this Court in St.-Lucie County.
Said Stipulation will be considered upon presentment to the Court
- by any~of the parties and trial set accordingly. No further
Pre-Trial conference is-envisioned nor anticipated in absence
of a Motion for same by any of the parties.
(f) The Court, at Pre-Trial, considered the possibility of
a bi-furcated trial, and if such trial were agreed upon by the

parties, the issue of whether or not Plaintiff,_HOBE SOUND NATIONAL .
BANR, was-a holder in due course of a certain check issued with
a date-of March 1, 1978, by Defendant,. HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP. Counsel for Defendant asked for time for considera-
tion of such a trial and_was directed to contact attorney for -
Plaintiff, ROBE SOUND NATIONAL BANK, if consent was to be given
to Plaintiff. Since the Pre-Trial, Defendant has taken the
position that a bi-furcated trial is not acceptable, and there- _
f - - _
fore,-the trial will be held on the entire case on its-merits. -
The list of documentary evidence may be amended by the
parties up to the time set for the close of discovery.
3. EXPERT WITNESSES may be called ~•at of turn by either

Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Conference and names _
filed with the Clerk .will be permitted to testify, except the _
parties themselves and impeachment witnesses. Either party may
_call any witness listed by any other party.
