Pre-trial Conference having-been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: _
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as-follows:
Paragraph 2 of the Plaintiffs' pre-trial statement
in its entirety is incorporated by reference herein.
(2) EVIDENCE Documentary and-other evidence listed and
presented at the Pre-Vial Conference shall be
admitted into evidence subject to relevancy and-
-materiality as follows:.
1. Paragraph 9 of the Plaintiffs' Pre-Trial Statement.
-Sub-paragraphs A through 0 inclusive is incorporated
by reference herein. - -
2. Paragraph J of the Defendants' Pre-Trial Statement
Sub-paragraphs 1 through 2 inclusive is incorporated
by reference. - -
(3) OTHER PROVISIONS: _
A jury instruction conference shall be held prior
to the trial of the cause by both counsel to review
proposed jury instructions tendered at the Pre--Trial
Conference. Amen~3ments to the jury instructions may
be made up to and including the day of trial. -
(4) EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either party.
(5) WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the-Pre-Trial
Con erence and names filed with the. Clerk will be per-
- witted to testify, except the parties themselves and
impeachment witnesses. Either party may call any
- witness listed by any other party. The witness list
set forth on Plaintiffs' and Defendants' Pre-Trial -
Statement may be amended at any time prior to five
