Grantees, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt- _
acknowledges that this purchase is subject to, in every respect, the
Declaration of Condominium recorded in-O.R. Book 313, pages 2307 -
2~51,-of~the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Grantees
further acknowledge receipt of and reading and examination of said
Declaration, together .with its Exhibits and acknowledges that the

Declaration and Exhibits thereof, and ratifies and conf~.rms all the_

Declaration and Exhibits thereto.
