COMES NOW, WACKENHUT CORPORATION, Employer, and
its carrier, UNITED STATES FIDELITY AND GUARANTY COMPANY,
pursuant to Florida Statutes Sec. 400, the Florida Workmen`s
Compensation-Law, and files this Notice of Payment of Workmen's
Compensation Benefits in accordance with Sec. 440.39(3)(a),
Florida Statutes, 1975.
By virtue of this Notice of .payment of Workmen's
Compensation Benefits, the Employer and its carrier pray for
equitable distribution of the final judgment recovered by the-
-Plaintiff/Employee. This Notice constitutes a lien against said
iudgment. - _
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a copy of the foregoing has
