ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on this day to be heard, pursuant to
the Rule to Show Cause previously issued by the Court in

this matter. The Court, being fully advised and considering
the merits herein,-and noting that service of process was
only obtained upon defendant, Elberta L. Gregory, finds that
the Plaintiff is entitled to the issuance of a Writ of
Replevin covering the property described in Plaintiff's
Complaint as against Elberta L. Gregory, only. The Court,
therefore, being fully advised in the preraisas, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Court issue
a Writ of Replevin in favor of the Plaintiff herein, as to
the goods in the possession of the defendant, Elberta L.
Gregory, and directing the Sheriff of Palm County to replevin
the goods and chattels as described in Plaintiff's Complaint..
RDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
