LEAVE TO FILE CROSSCLAIM
THIS CAUSE coming on to before the Court on the Stipu-
lation of the parties allowing the Defendant, GORMAN COMPANY,
to file a Crossclaim for indemnity and contribution against
the Defendants, AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS; INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC,
_GEORGE E. CARTER, d/b/a BOWEN WATER CONDITIONING SERVICE, and
STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY, and upon the Motion for
Leave to File Crossclaim filed on or about the 21st day of
August, 1979, and the Court being fully advised in the pre-
mises, ~t is ~ -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Defendant, GORMAN COMPANY,
shall be granted leave to file a Crossclaim in this action, the
same being attached hereto, and Defendants, AIRWICK POOL PRO-
DUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC, GEORGE E. CARTER, d/b/a BOWEN
WATER CONDITIONING SERVICE, and STATE FARM FIRE AND -CASUALTY
COMPANY shall have twenty (20) days from the date of this Order
in which to answer the Crossclaim for indemnity and contribution.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers, St. Lucie ounty-Courthouse,
