Come now-the parties, by and through their undersigned
attorneys, and stipulate that the trial of this cause should
be continued until the next non-jury docket of this Honorable
Court in St. Lucie County. The basis of this Stipulation
follows: - ~ -
1. During the pre-trial conference, the Plaintiff in this
cause filed its Motion to Compel Discovery of certain documents
which. Defendant, HUTCHINSON ISLAND. LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, (HILP),
claimed were privileged or work product of HILP. As a result,
the attorneys for HILP requested that the documents listed in
Plaintiff's Motion to Compel and the Response filed thereto by
- HILP be presented to the Court in camera for resolution of the
position of the parties. - -
2. Pending the in camera resolution by this Honorable
Court, the parties stipulate that tie depositions of Joe
Rrchnak and-Joe Connors be continued as the documents pertain to
matters at issue in this cause.
WHEREFORE, the parties stipulate that the trial of this
cause be continued until the next non-jury docket of this !
