gate sum named in the promissory note of even date herewith. hereinafter described. the mortgagor here-
by grants. bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and oonjirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate to St. Lucie County.

AND ALSO the Northwest ~C Of the Southeast Section 13,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East; LESS AND EXCEPTING all
rights-of-way for drainage canals and public roads, and -
less and excepting the-North 353.45-feet of the South 395.95
feet of the East ~ of the Southeast ~ of the Southeast ~ of
Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, and less the -
East 46 feet for Jenkins Road right-of-way, all lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida. -

f For as long as any part of the indebtedness secure y

cultivating, spraying, dusting, pruning, fertilizing, irri-

~'O -freezing and fire,-all to be done in a good and husbandlike
N~~i~T cD manner and in accordance with standard methods of citrus
T grove caretaking generaiiy_recognized, accepted and in use -

} r j"__ filing a complaint in any court of competent jurisdiction to

~ receiver to take possession of, management and control of the
~ - premises mortgaged herein, to pay the taxes and assessments

apply the residue of any proceeds to the payment of all sums -
