Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
STANLBY H. $PIBLBR, well known to me, 'who first being duly
sworn and cautioned did depose and say as-follows:
1) This-Affidavit relates to the following described
property lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 11, in Block 2, of BUNCHB PARK
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat -
thereof as recorded_in Plat Book
l0, at Page 18,_of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County,- Florida.
2) That certain mortgage from MARY ANN CARROLL, an unmarried
woman to FANNIB~HORN, 3BAH BBLLS CHBRNOV and DAVID HORN,
AS-TRUSTBBS OF THB G_RANDCHILDR~N TRUST OF LBI/IS AND FANNiB
HORN, an unrecorded Trust Agreement dated September 22,_1975,
dated August 1, 1979, and filed in ORB .314, Page 1426 in the
Pub-lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, was prepared
under pour Affiant's supervision. -
3) There was a misspelling in the names of the aotortgagees, -
the scrivener's error being-SHAH BBLI,B CHBRNOV, the -correct
spelling of the name of said trustee being LBAH BBLLB CHBRNOV. -
4) Further -Affiant sayeth not.
