RBSOLUTION NO. 79-83
- SAZ`ZSFACTION OF LISN, "
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, LAWS of
Florida, 1965, on the 23rd day-of"June, 1977 filed a lien against
- any property owned-"hy: ; Katherine "3ohnson, 7503 Georges Road, Fort
Pierce, Florida in the amount of $2,697.12, said lien-being
recorded in OR Book 270 at page 454 of-the public records .of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and -
WHBREAS, said Board on the-26th day of-July, 1977 filed an
Amended Lien in the amount of $1,318.58, said lien being recorded
in OR Book 271 at page-2326 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and -
WHFREA$, said Board on the 23rd day of June, 1977 filed
anobher lien against Katherine Johnson in 'the amount of $1,500.84"
said lien being recorded in OR Book 270, page 455 of the public -
reco-rd"s of St. Lucie County, Florida, and "
WHEREAS, said Liens and Amended-Lien have been paid in full-
i and should be discharged and satisfied of record. _
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sinners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 18th _
{ day of September, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge ~he
payment and satisfaction of said liens and directs the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of said County to cancel the saime of record.
